ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – LEADERSHIP SUPPORT
Position Summary
Step into a key role as an Administrative Assistant supporting our Leadership team and be at the center of our operations. You’ll help streamline workflows, coordinate projects across departments, and keep communication flowing efficiently. This role is perfect for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.

- Coordinate and support meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, capturing detailed notes, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Leadership team, including managing correspondence, organizing office resources, and maintaining files and documentation.
- Prepare, edit, and format a variety of business materials such as emails, letters, proposals, reports, press releases, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain spreadsheets, documents, and reports while identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Update weekly project task lists, collect time sheets, coordinate, route, and file submittals and shop drawings.
- Ability to work full time at Corporate headquarters location in Cumberland, RI
- Prior experience providing leadership or corporate administrative support preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business management platforms, with strong digital literacy.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Skilled at managing time effectively and balancing competing tasks.
- Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates strong personal and professional integrity.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional growth.
